This is a LIVE 90 minute long virtual workshop offered every Thursday at 3:30 PM Eastern. Registration enrolls you for the next weekly session. Learn the basics of how movies like Toy Story, The Incredibles, Ice Age, and more were created! Using Blender, a free and powerful 3D Animation program, students will explore the basics of modeling, lighting, and texturing 3D objects.
Virtual classes are workshop-style, where students will complete a project of the day. Examples include: create a bouncing ball, walk cycles, basic character movement, and more.

The Digital Arts Experience
The Digital Arts Experience teaches coding/programming, game design, 3D modeling and printing, graphic design, robotics and many more STEAM and digital arts related topics. The DAE’s virtual classes are unique in that our instructors provide an opportunity for collaboration via screen sharing and virtual social interaction. Students are encouraged to help one another troubleshoot their projects, offer praise, encouragement and advice.
